Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the website Byevettesantos.com
All items purchased from ByEvetteSantos are valid for refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, with all original tags, packaging & labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, please email customer service at Hello@byevettesantos.com with your order number and reason of the return/exchange.
We will contact you within 3 business days with further instructions.
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please save all tracking information provided by the selected postal service.

REFUNDS:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
To the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned with seal intact within 14 days of receiving the item.
DAMAGES & ISSUES:
In the unusual event that your receive an item damaged we will exchange or refund this item for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within in 3 days. Email us at hello@byevettesantos.com with your Name, Order Number, & a clear photo of the product.
CANCELLATION:
Orders are eligible for cancelation in the circumstance that the order is processed on our end as a "Possible Fraud" order. In a situation like this, we can cancel the customers order prior to it being shipped and refund them their total amount paid.
If a customer would like to cancel their order, they must reach out to us prior to their order being shipped in order to process the cancellation and refund their amount paid to their original form of payment.
In the event that the customer would like to cancel their order after being shipped, they must proceed as a return.
Cancellations ARE NOT eligible for Digital products, ONLY physical products.
USPS SHIPPING POLICY/DISCLAIMER:
We are not responsible for lost, or held packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
