OH NO! We are so sorry to hear this! We can imagine your frustration! To avoid situations like this, we always suggest customers to choose “Standard Shipping + Signature Confirmation” (as stated on our shipping section). As a small business we can’t afford to fully compensate for a stolen or missing order, which is why we had to be very specific with our shipping instructions, and have the customer choose what they felt comfortable with after reading our policy. Therefore, it avoids both ends being in this situation.
