Evette I finally opened my Manifestation journal Honestly it brought tears to my eyes the positive body practice. It truly touched my heart. I have a big stomach for years I battle with this, but lately it has been going down slowly but surely. My legs have the extra fat. Aging is such a process. You are right for me to be thankful for what my body allows me to do daily ❤️
